Sesame Shrimp

  • 1 lb medium raw shrimp (peeled and devained)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • your favorite rice to serve it with
  1. In a large ziploc bag combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and garlic. Add shrimp and toss to caot. Seal and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Heat peanut oil in wok or skillet. Add shrimp(with marinade) and stir fry until shrimp turns pink.
  3. Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds and green onion.
