This was amazing, I made it for my sisters birthday, but I forgot to get a picture. But since it was so delicious I had to still share the recipe.

We are now two weeks away from the engagement party. So this week I made the favor tags (used some of my stamps) and made some pinwheels for decos and a sign for the sweet table. I can't wait to see all these creations come together and I will definitely be sharing the finished project of the party.

I'm glad I was able to get some scrapping done after doing errands. This morning was so busy I found shoes for Kate's engagement party and got a few things we needed for the party and just basics we needed at home. I'm trying to get caught up with pictures because I have another 100 coming thanks to a free code with shutterfly and I know I will take a bunch of pics at the engagement party also. My scrap table has so many envelopes of photos, just hoping I have more time this week to scrap. Haven't been preparing many new recipes just grilling a ton of our favorites this summer, but don't worry will have more recipes soon.

I as off today and since the weather was crappy I decided to make a nice dinner and dessert inside. I made eggplant parm for dinner and these for dessert. The only difference is I just put the frosting on top and used my kitchen torch instead of putting in a pastry bag and piping on. These tasted so good and were the perfect dessert. Smores are my favorite and these definitely tasted just like a smore. Here's the link to the recipe:

When I found this recipe on pinterest it took me back to Elementary School and I had to make these. For this recipe I got peanut butter, graham crackers and chocolate chips that were all gluten free from Trader Joe's. They tasted amazing and even though I usually don't look for gluten free items I figured I'd try them in this recipe because I love just about everything I buy at Trader Joe's.
