This just screams summer to me and was so fresh and amazing. Even Kyle liked this salad, the strawberries add a nice touch to it. Definitely add it to your summer menu or next bbq

I made this recipe into mini muffins. I loved them, but they are definitely not a recipe you can fake someone with. Kyle didn't like them, I guess not enough sugar for him.I shared with a few friends who also liked them.

These were delicious on the grill, since we had a high flame on for the meat we were making I made these in a pan made for the grill. So didn't get grill marks like the recipe, but still had a wonderful taste. Will be making more grilled sweet potatoes this summer

I made this for Mother's Day and it was delicious. It was gone in minutes. I didn't color the icing as they show in the original recipe so you can do that if you wish. Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits so I was so excited to see this recipe on pinterest. Here's the link to this recipe

The recipe I found on pinterest added bacon to this, since there was none on sale at the market I just left it out. The dressing was amazing, Kyle loved it and he's not a big fan of ranch dressing. I love making homemade dressings and this one came together so quickly. I love using mason jars for these dressings, makes it easier to store in fridge and serve. I'm glad farmers markets are starting up around here again to get some fresh produce. Here's the link to this recipe:

I love trying new recipes, especially breakfast ones. We don't get many mornings off together, so when we do I try and make something new for breakfast. This was delicious, I just topped these with a little butter and syrup. So tasty and will make these again. Here's the link to try these for your next breakfast (or even breakfast for dinner)

Made this cup as part of the Mother's Day Basket I'm making. I bought a plain blue iced beverage cup and adding rub on alphabets and flowers to personalize it. Turned out really cute and I will be making more of these. Also sharing the Mother's Day Card I made to go with it.

I changed up the salad a little bit, adding spinach and since the grocery store we went to only had marinated mozzarella balls, we got a huge brick of fresh mozzarella and cut it up and placed on my favorite mixed greens. With the dressing I used an amazing white balsamic I found at the market and it was delicious. Here's the link to this recipe.

I'm doing monthly highlights this year in the project life form, they will go in an album with other layouts I do of yearly activities. February was very snowy for us, we went to our favorite sushi restaurant and I made chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's.
March is all about St Patrick's Day (my grandparents wedding anniversary and why I picked our wedding date 3/15 - close to St Pats), I also made a few new Easter decorations
April spring is finally starting to arrive- or so we thing, a few frost warnings in the morning and my daffodils died. On the nice days we went for walks and princess got a bow at the groomer for my bday

- 1 1/2 lbs baby red skinned potatoes, halved
- kosher salt

- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest, plus wedges for sering
- ground pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 450
- Put the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water by 1", season with salt.
- Bring to a boil and cook over medium high heat until just tender, about 7 minutes and drain.
- Pulse the bread in a food processor, combine with olive oil, garlic and lemon zest, 1 tsp salt and pepper.
- Combine potatoes with bread mixture and arrange on baking sheet. Roast until golden and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan and roast 5 more minutes.
- Transfer to serving dish, season with salt and serve with lemon wedges.
