This one is a Paula Deen recipe and was a good addition to my Christmas cookie baskets
- 1 tsp vanilla
- confectioners sugar for dusting
- 18 oz box moist chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter, softened
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese and butter
- Add in egg and vanilla.
- Beat in the cake mix
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours until firm.
- Roll into tablespoon size balls
- Roll in confectioners sugar and place on cookie sheet 2" apart
- Cool completely and sprinkle with more confectioners sugar if desired.
