- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate toffee pieces
- granulated sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Stir in flour and toffee pieces.
- Shape into 1 1/4"balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet.
- Dip bottom of glass in sugar and flatten each ball to 1/4" thick.
Bake 16-18 minutes.
