Italian Wedding Soup


It has been really cold here and I'm counting down the days to spring. Until then it's that time of year to make soups and stews. This was very filling and delicious. I took some extra to work for lunch, the carrots I was lucky to get at a local winter farmers market. Here's the link to the soup
