Sour Cream Apple Pie

Took this picture as soon as it came out of the oven, made it early for dessert so it can cool and settle down. I really like the addition of sour cream to this pie. My apples got a little crisp on some of the edges, but I really overstuffed my pie with apples so that's the reason why. We had a ton of apples from apple picking so this was the perfect recipe.
