Lasagna Stuffed Shells

The weather is starting to cool down here so to me that means comfort food. Since I already had sauce made (I make big batches and freeze it in batches to use for meals like this). I picked up fresh mozzarella at the local market, I'm not a fan of cooked spinach, so I put mine in uncooked (I'm a weirdo, but don't mind it cooked in something like this or a soup so I didn't precook mine before adding to the filling.
