I changed up the salad a little bit, adding spinach and since the grocery store we went to only had marinated mozzarella balls, we got a huge brick of fresh mozzarella and cut it up and placed on my favorite mixed greens. With the dressing I used an amazing white balsamic I found at the market and it was delicious. Here's the link to this recipe.
