Red Wine Braised Short Ribs

 Since I've been working so much I haven't had a lot of time to make a nice dinner. So since I was off today I decided to make short ribs since I haven't made them since last Winter. Last time I served it over Polenta so decided to change things up and serve it over mashed potatoes. Was definitely a wonderful meal for a cool evening. I can't wait to eat the leftovers at work for lunch. Here is the link to the recipe:
