- 1 box angel hair or spaghetti
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cups mushroom stock (you can also use chicken stock, I used mushroom because that's what I had on hand)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- Heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and stir, cook about 2 minutes
- Mix in butter till melted
- Add pepper and mushroom stock
- Raise heat to high and let come to a boil
- Once it's at a rolling boil add pasta and cook according to box directions
- Reduce heat to medium heat and mix in parmesan cheese, stir till melted
- Turn off heat and stir in cream and parsley
- Serve and enjoy
