- 1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 16 hershey kisses (or you can use more chocolate chips)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup water
Cheesecake Filling:
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350 and line 16 cupcake cups
- Microwave 1/2 cup chocolate chips,stir on and off till melted and set aside
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt and set aside
- Beat sugar, oil, egg and vanilla till combined
- Beat in melted chocolate
- Gradually beat in flour mixture and water
- Beat cheesecake filling ingredients
- Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips into cheesecake filling and set aside
- Spoon chocolate batter into cupcake liners about 1/2 full
- Scoop rounded tablespoon of cheesecake filling in each cup on top of chocolate
- Cover cheesecake filling with more chocolate batter
- Bake 20 minutes
- While hot top with hershey kiss, once slightly melted spread over top with a small spatula or knife
