These are a great meatballs to serve with your favorite pasta and sauce. I usually grate parmesan cheese on top, but that's optional.
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan reggiano cheese
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- salt and pepper (based on your taste preferences, you can always make a small meatball to cook up quick to check your seasoning)
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients till all mixed and combined, if a little too wet to form into balls add a little more bread crumbs.
- Form mixture into balls and place on baking sheet
- Bake 15-25 minutes (depends on the size meatball you made)
- Once done serve with your favorite pasta and sauce
