Apple Crisp Stuffed Apple

Not really apple season around here, but I was in a mood for apples so I picked up a few to make these. I added some french vanilla ice cream on top. These were delicious and a perfect dessert. I only used half the sugar the recipe called for and they were amazing. Here's the link to the recipe
