Cheesy Chive Potatoes


I used fresh chives from my garden for these and potatoes from the farmers market. We like our mashed potatoes with the skins on, so make these however you like. I always boil my potatoes in chicken stock because I feel it really enhances the flavor. Here's the link to these potatoes
