Owl Cupcakes

Found this idea on pinterest.Went easy on this one and got Valentine funfetti cake mix and icing at Target. Used oreo's for the eye's (should've used double stuff oreos, so if you make this look for those). Found the Valentine candy corn at Target and used m&m's for the eyes and nose. These were a big hit at work and are great for any Valentine party.

Macaroni and Cheese

I made this with the chicken I posted yesterday.

• 1 box of elbows, shells or other pasta of your choice
• 1/2 cup butter
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3 1/2 cups milk
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1 lb of your favorite cheeses (either shred or cube up so they melt quickly)
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp italian spices

1. Preheat oven to 350 and get your baking dish greased and ready to go.
2. Cook pasta about 2 minutes less than box directions and set aside.
3. In saucepan melt butter, add salt and pepper.
4. Stir in flour till completely combined.
5. Slowly whisk in wine and milk and bring to a boil while whisking on and off.
6. Add cheese and stir till melted
7. Combine with pasta and pour in baking dish
8. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and italian spices.
9. Let bake about 30 minutes and let cool slightly before serving.

Chicken with Mushroom and Garlic Sauce

Princess Scrapbook Layouts

Here are some of my recent layouts, of course featuring my favorite subject - Princess.

Altered Clipboard

This is a great project to do and use to decorate your bedroom door. This is on my craft room door. All I did was paint the clipboard my favorite color, add some scrapbook paper, letters and flowers. Finish off with matching ribbon on top and you are all set.

Valentine Tin and Card

With Valentine's Day coming up I altered this tin container and made a matching card with the scraps. The card says Whoo Loves you. Love these tins and they are so quick and easy to alter.
