So I first saw this on facebook and it wasn't grilling season yet, so I shared it with Kyle and he was excited to try it when the weather warmed up. You can find videos on You Tube how to make this. It was ok, but didn't live up to the hype for us. Basically you lay out bacon, put a thin layer of ground beef on it and a long stick of cheese in the middle before wrapping it up into a roll. You glaze it with bbq sauce on the outside, some also put chips on top, but we didn't think those were necessary. We're glad we tried it, but wish it would have been better.
