Beef and Ricotta Meatballs

I love pasta so when I saw this recipe on pinterest I had to try it. Plus it was inspired by Michael Symon, one of my favorite chefs. These were delicious and luckily I had sauce already made so this was something quick to make after work for dinner. Here's the link to this recipe
