Mini Smore Cheesecakes
I as off today and since the weather was crappy I decided to make a nice dinner and dessert inside. I made eggplant parm for dinner and these for dessert. The only difference is I just put the frosting on top and used my kitchen torch instead of putting in a pastry bag and piping on. These tasted so good and were the perfect dessert. Smores are my favorite and these definitely tasted just like a smore. Here's the link to the recipe:
