Dirty Smores Cookies

\
Since this recipe makes so many cookies, I froze half before baking so I have them in the freezer when I want a cookie. I love smores and love that this recipe rolls them in graham crackers before baking. Such a fun snack and perfect for anytime of year. Here's the link to the recipe

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars

These really don't taste like your missing anything by being a skinny version. These disappeared quickly for dessert when we had friends over. Such a wonderful dessert and snack. Here's the link to the recipe

Mini Apple Pies

It's apple season so of course I have to mix in some apple recipes along with all the pumpkin ones. These were delicious and so quick and easy to put together. I used a mini flower cookie cutter since it still is technically summer. Here's the link to the recipe

Chocolate Beer Cupcakes

I had this rainbow chip frosting left over from the vanilla cupcakes I made for a Friend's birthday so I used that for these cupcakes instead of the frosting recipe with these cupcakes. I love beer, so of course I love cooking and baking with it. Here's the link to the recipe

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

It's that time of year again - Pumpkin Season, prepared to be annoyed with a bunch of pumpkin recipes since it's one of my favorites. I wouldn't let myself have anything pumpkin till today September 1st. Bought the new pumpkin spice latte M&M's and they are awesome. These were delicious muffins, perfect for dessert after our bbq. Can't wait to make these again. Here's the link to the recipe
